How clients connect their Google Business Profile

  1. Open business.google.com and pick your business.
  2. Go to Menu → Business Profile settings → People and access → Add.
  3. Enter pkccag@gmail.com, choose Manager, and send the invite.
  4. Raise a support ticket with your business name — our team accepts the invite and your profile appears here for optimization, reports and review replies.

Clients never share their Google password. They can remove our access at any time from the same screen.
