By creating an account or using PKC CAG, you agree to these terms.
1. Account responsibility
You must provide accurate registration information, protect your login details and use the agency’s services only for lawful purposes. Accounts may be suspended for misuse, fraud or payment disputes.
2. Orders and delivery
Orders begin after submission and are processed manually. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Links and account details must remain accessible while an order is active.
3. Payments and wallet
Wallet deposits are processed through Razorpay. Wallet funds are for purchases on PKC CAG and are not ordinarily refundable or withdrawable. Confirm the amount before paying.
4. Referrals and withdrawals
Referral commission is 2% when a referred user’s first successful deposit exceeds ₹1,000. Commission is credited once per referred user. Referral withdrawals require a minimum available balance of ₹150, a valid UPI ID and admin approval. Abuse, self-referrals or fraudulent payments void rewards.
5. Refunds
Refund decisions depend on service status. Approved refunds are returned to the PKC CAG wallet unless otherwise agreed. Completed or already-started services may not qualify.
6. Ebooks
Purchased ebooks are licensed for the buyer’s personal use. Files may not be resold, shared, republished or redistributed.
7. Service changes
Services, prices, limits and availability may change without notice. We may update these terms as our services change.
